- Standard rate reservation
In order to confirm your reservation, Earls Court Gardens will check the validity of your credit/debit card given at the time of booking through a process called pre-authorization. The Hotel wont charge you on your credit/debit card but your bank will hold the amount of the first night for 10-15 working days. The amount will be released by your bank automatically, if not, you will need to contact your bank.
Earls Court Gardens reserves the right to cancel the reservations if the pre-authorisation fails on your credit/debit card, the hotel will inform you via e-mail in case of declined transaction and will give you 72 hours in order to provide new credit/debit card details before cancelling the reservation.
No fees: Cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival.
Fees: Cancellations received within 48 hours to arrival. The hotel is responsible for the customer booking charges.
In case of late cancellation and no show (when a reservation is made if neither cancelled nor arrived at the hotel), Earls Court Gardens hotel will charge you the amount of the first night for each room booked on your debit/credit card as penalty.
- Advance purchase reservation
A full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking. Advance purchase reservations cannot be modified or cancelled and cannot be applied on group bookings.
